Complete Enhanced COBIT Governance Audit 

This audit provides you with a comprehensive governance audit of your business’s IT processes and it’s alignment with business strategy. Using the COBIT governance framework it will clearly benchmark the governance maturity level of your IT capability allowing you to make decisions on the direction and priorities for your IT strategy.

 

 

The audit typically includes the following deliverables:-

  1. Running up to 11 comprehensive assessment workshops including stakeholder briefing, domain and process workshops and findings presentation.
  2. A detailed current governance maturity assessment.
  3. Detailed view of the IT domain alignment with business goals and objectives.
  4. Comprehensive report including maturity assessment, key governance issues, and potential mitigation.
  5. Recommendations on next steps.
Duration is typically 6-8 weeks depending on availability of stakeholders and the size/complexity of the organisation.

 

Enhanced COBIT Quickstart Audit

This option provides a good starting point to assess the current state of your business and IT governance and is based on a subset of the processes and control objectives defined by COBIT.

 

 

The audit typically includes the following deliverables:-

  1. Running up to 11 assessment workshops including stakeholder briefing, domain and process workshops and findings presentation.
  2. High level current state assessment.
  3. View of the IT domain alignment with business goals and objectives.
  4. High level report including maturity assessment, key governance issues,  and potential mitigation.
  5. Recommendations on next steps.
Duration is typically 3-5 weeks depending onavailability of stakeholders and the size/complexity of the organisation.

Following a COBIT audit we recommend a governance prioritization workshop followed by the creation of a governance implementation road-map.
